Why Choose

Dr. Suli for Oral Surgery

Who Needs Oral Surgery

Dr. Suli's oral surgery practice covers dentoalveolar surgery — procedures involving the teeth and the surrounding jawbone — including tooth extractions, wisdom tooth removal, root tip resections, cyst removals, and general oral surgical care, with nitrous oxide available as a comfort option throughout. This may be you if you:

Safe Tooth Removal/Extraction Following a Biological Protocol

Dr. Suli's approach to tooth extraction goes beyond removing the tooth itself. As part of his biological protocol, the extraction site is carefully addressed to support complete healing — an approach recognised within biological dentistry and endorsed by the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), of which Dr. Suli is a member.

This may include thorough removal of infected or diseased tissue from the socket and ozone therapy to disinfect the site, with additional biological support — such as lymphatic drainage — available from the clinical team following extraction of an infected tooth. The aim throughout is the same whole-body, minimally invasive philosophy that guides Dr. Suli's wider practice — treating the extraction site as part of the body's healing process, not in isolation.

Comfortable, Safe Surgery with Nitrous Oxide

For patients who feel anxious about oral surgery, nitrous oxide is available as a clinically safe, well-established comfort option throughout the procedure — helping you stay relaxed without affecting your ability to communicate or recover quickly afterwards. Dr. Suli will discuss whether it's right for you during your consultation.

Dr. Suli's Experience

Dr. Suli's oral surgical training includes guest clinician placements in the Departments of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at LMU University Hospital Munich, the Virchow Klinikum at Charité Berlin, and DRK Klinik Kassel. This sits alongside his specialist qualification in implantology from the German Association of Oral Implantology (DGI) and a postgraduate Master of Science in Oral Surgery, which deepened his expertise in dentoalveolar surgery and the management of complex surgical cases.

His work follows a biological, holistic philosophy — focused on reducing inflammation, supporting long-term health, and using gentle, minimally invasive surgical techniques.
